The website Kohler Projects came about because there are so many creative projects the Kohlers love to pursue. Recently they were on the Home Channel featuring a beach house James designed and some of Deirdre's art.

The Kohler's are busy with a development, 'Green Valley Estate', which aims to provide sustainable living, off the grid solutions, fruit and nut trees. All the benefits of a beautiful home close to the city centre but on a sustainable farm. Plot and plan to be sold off by end March 2012

James is currently designing a vehicle which drives without the need for electricity or petrol. It is full of technology, funky design and a good price! Some exciting details to come soon!

Deirdre is currently doing her honours in philosophy at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan and will be attempting to write a book online. She has already written a book called Brutal Honesty about surviving a brain tumour.

James is an architect who has an eye for space, sustainable technologies and knows how to make a building beautiful. He is aiming to focus on off the grid living while optimising space and cost.

Deirdre does large abstract paintings suitable for homes and offices. Painting are done on commission only.
